He has been profiled as a thought leader in Management Consulting International.
Jennifer Landis leads MGStrategy’s research practice. She uses quantitative and qualitative analyses to help leaders measure the impact of their alignment and culture-shaping
efforts—so they can double-down on what’s working and recalibrate on what isn’t.
Tanya Mann co-authored the employee alignment and engagement chapter for the graduate school textbook Reputation Management (second and third editions).
She has also co-authored articles for 1to1 Media (here and here) on creating alignment and accountability.
Her scholarly articles appear in the journals Parenting: Science and Practice, Development and Psychopathology, Child Psychology & Human Development.
She earned her MA in Communication at University of Texas at Austin.
