She earned her M.A. in Interpersonal Communication and B.S. in Communication Studies at the University of Texas at Austin.

Lynne consults with clients on organizational effectiveness, organizational design, internal communication strategy, and leadership development.
Lynne brings focused problem-solving skills, facilitation expertise, and deep organizational experience to a broad range of situations and challenges. She has advised leaders and facilitated teams and processes across multiple industries, and has worked with dozens of clients, including Kaiser Permanente, McDonald's, Lincoln Financial, State Farm Insurance Company, University Hospitals of Cleveland, Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, and The World Bank.
She works to drive business results by removing barriers, strengthening processes, and developing leaders and team members.

Jennifer is an expert on conducting both quantitative and qualitative research inside organizations—and helping leaders translate data-based insights into action.
Jennifer brings with her a wealth of experience conducting employee surveys, communication vehicle audits, 360s, leadership performance reviews, and other types of assessment. She excels in organizing all details of survey administrations making each measurement opportunity as seamless as possible for clients.
Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Eastern University, graduating Cum Laude. In her free time, she sings in a local choir and volunteers in various activities to benefit the children in her community.
Erica partners with leaders to drive change and deliver business results. She has helped implement post-merger integration, organization redesign, change, and training efforts in companies including Johnson & Johnson, Farmers Insurance, Applied Biosystems, Sprint, Deloitte, and PG&E. Her areas of expertise include strategic planning, internal and external communication, employee engagement and performance management. She has a passion for building effective leadership alignment through cross-functional teams.
Erica is a graduate of UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business and lives in Oakland, CA with her husband and son.

The core purpose of his work is to bring leaders to common ground on key strategic decisions, so that they can move forward with more clarity, reach their goals more quickly, and do so with less stress. Paul is a CTI trained and certified business coach and facilitator. He is also a trained practitioner of both the Future Search Strategic Planning Method and Open Space Technology.
